The Customer–Admin Chat feature lets customers directly connect with admins for order-related support, complaints, or feedback.

How It Works

  1. Login to Customer App.

  2. Go to Profile then Support option.

  3. Select “Chat”

  4. Type Your Message (order number, issue, or feedback).

  5. Get Real-Time Responses from the admin team.
